I have 2 18k gold rings and a gold watch from Tiffany, and they've held up fine. All these pieces are 10+ years old, and I don't wear any of it anymore.
I have the Elsa Peretti open heart necklace and earrings which I wear all the time and love and I also have the chunky gold bracelet that does up with a heart. I wear it everyday and it is fine. I would say any gold that is 18k is going to be the same really, I don't think tiffany gold is any different from other gold. Here is a picture of my bracelet:

I also have this bracelet which is over 10 years old, I had the rings replaced but it is in perfect condition and I wear it everyday!

having issues with laptop. BUT i remembered that in the CALLING ALL WOMAN WITH PICTURES OF THEIR RINGS...ON THEIR FINGERS thread on page 17 I have posted my rings. Hope that gives you an idea!!! I usually wear them with my engagement ring in the middle.

I know this is an old thread, but I just joined tPF in December, and I wanted to say that I own the 18K Elsa Peretti Large Open heart earrings. They are one of my favorite pair of earrings! They wear beautifully...
Their gold is so rich in color and really catches the light.

My wedding band is yellow gold from Tiffany's! I was just looking at it today and admiring it! It definitely has some scratches, but I've worn it everyday for close to 8 years.
