I was told they went up midnight last Sunday. I purchased a gift on Monday. Wish I knew about upcoming increase. I thought I made it but learned today I missed it. The heart necklace with the blue enamel was originally $100 and I paid $115.

^ Oh that sucks. I think I will be taking a break from Tiffany right now. IMO given the current styles especially in sterling silver ( sorry no offense to those who love their style) doesn't justify the price increase. Maybe $5 increase but $15-20 IMO no.

Wow, I guess Tiffany's hadn't heard about this "recession" thing we are going through.

I just looked at the some of the silver prices. I remember my RTT tag necklace was $198 when I got it maybe 6 years ago, now it is $320. Crazy!!!

Canada's price on it when I first checked years ago was $180, went to $225 and now it's $270! Not worth it for sterling silver imo. I was planning to get my first Tiffany purchase when I graduate uni this summer but now I don't think I will =/

I love tiffanys and have a good collection that I got in the past years but its getting a little outrages with the increases, for heavens sake its silver and most peoples budgets are tigher now.. Its all because of the T& Co name. Ill contuine to love Tiffany but just buy less, I have actually been aquiring a few pieces second hand for sooo much less, Authentic only. I just got my T&co 1837 ring in the mail today, paid $40 when the owner paid like $135.

I just checked the price for the small bow diamind necklace and it's still at US$1900 like before. But the wedding band I want went up by $150 ...arrrgh. We should have bought the bands before the price increase.

Do you ladies/guys know if the price went up for the diamond engagement rings? I can't remember what the price was for the starting price of one carat Tiffany setting.

I made a purchase on Tiffany.com before midnight Sunday (2/28) night. Does that mean I got the old price? Would you mind sharing who gave you this information?

I was eyeing a DBTY single stone pendant for $6,500 before the price increase. I called the morning of 2/28 over the phone. They told me that I just missed the chance to purchase the piece I was interested in at the old price. The price change was effective that morning and the new price was $7,500! I find the more than 15% increase ridiculous.

I was told by the manager of the Fashion Valley store that the increase on some of the engagement rings was as much as $10,000. So I guess it all depends on which ring you are looking at.
