Well, I don't want to contradict myself, because I liked it at first. But then when people started showing other stacks with space in between, I realized that I like that better. I think I like the effortlessness of it if that makes sense.

Ok....I hear you. While I do like the effortlessness, I will admit that the gaps between rings aren't "me" That's all I'm going to say as I don't want to offend "gap lovers" here! (love y'all!)
Ok.....found a ring with pave and paired it with my E-ring to see how 1 band would look.
In MY humble opinion.....my E-ring looks LARGER with a dainty band......or is it just me?? Or the wine??? Or a combo of BOTH!!!???!

I think a dainty band would make the ering diamond appear bigger which is why the Novo or something similar would look fabulous!

don't blame me, I just love halo settings hehe. But your diamond is gorgeous without the halo, so um...ooo how about making the band around the diamond in pave diamonds or something? Then it'll be sparkly and won't take away (much) from the actual diamond it self. I LOVE sparkly things

I'm looking at Tiffany's Novo band in this case for the wedding band. Or I may just have my own jeweller look into making it for me.....although I don't think there's going to be that much of a price difference.

It's not just you! With one dainty band, your e-ring looks more relaxed and to have room to sparkle more!!! When you sandwich it, you'd better make "gaps" so that your e-ring can breath, perhaps.
(But the e-ring's arm is micro paved, sandwitching with two micro pave bands doesn't look bad at all. Perhaps, it looks like a totally one ring!)Your e-ring and one NOVO band would be the best solution!
Actually,,, people like you (contessa, nyc_candy) don't need to have "gaps" in between the rings and can enjoy a matchy-matchy look!
For example, a three-diamond ring doesn't look on my hand AT ALL!!! Becuase it's symmetric. The symmetrical design shows up my irregular-shaped, bony knuckles!!! To cover up my big knuckles, I need a sharper design and "tricks" like "gaps." I have to pursue the efortlessness with efforts.
I am explaining this to assure you that you can go for a halo look! Contessa!!! Any time!! So, don't go now!
