It looks like there is a 6 digit number on the inside of the narrow lock bracelets. Does anyone know what that number means?

So, I my husband purchased me the lock ring for my Birthday and it didn’t fit so we took it back planing on getting a different size but instead I ended up exchanging for the narrow bracelet in white and rose gold . I saw the rose gold necklace with the pink sapphires but didn’t even look at it at the store because it wasn’t my style to big . I like dainty pieces. I got home and realized it came in a small version but it’s not on the website. So called the phone number on the website and found out it’s still available in the small pendant. I am going to exchange my bracelet for the pendant because I love pink sapphires.
Literally have the most amazing SA at Tiffany’s! She was so patient and made me try so many things but here we are!! We finally decided the new knot was the perfect combo with the lock!
I tried the narrow lock too but thought it was too repetitive to have both regular and thin!

do you have a picture of it stacked with the Cartier?I have the medium oneI am usually not a necklace person but I picked the medium because 1) it’s more impactful—it shows the lock design better and 2) the chain looks proportional to the size of the pendant. I think the small looks better as a choker because the pendant is not heavy enough to pull the chain down. Sometimes I stack my medium one with Cartier d’Amour pink sapphire solitaire.

Thank you! Here is my pricing strategy dissertation. When the pink sapphire lock first came out it was $3550 with the paperclip chain. The paperclip chain takes up more space but it’s quite dainty. With this new release they used the generic Tiffany chain which I believe has similar amounts of gold to the paperclip chain bc it’s more dense due to the design. So they cost cut by using a generic Tiffany chain while still giving you the gold (but I wouldn’t put it past them to give you less gold either). I personally prefer the daintier, dense chain bc the paperclip chain looks less shiny since the links are all spread out and thin. Note I also have the regular size lock necklace in yellow gold no pave bc I’m ill.
