My mom has the etoile ring in gold but next to my ruby one hers looks thicker. Yours looks like a perfect match re thickness/width. I think at one point Tiffany also made the same ring with blue sapphires.

Thanks! I am blessed to have that eye and a sample size 6 finger. I find most of my baubles at the local pawnbrokers and estate shops. The pawnshops here are fantastic so much that they know me by name, know what I like and call me when a piece comes in.
