Channel set will probably be the best option. But Novo would also work. The little donut does jut out, and I'd be more concerned about the e-ring setting than the shared prong band, because the stones would do more damage to the setting than the band. I would look into maybe a matching plain band, you can have BGD make that to match, width and all, and then you can wear the plain band between whichever of those three Tiffany bands you wear with your ering as a spacer. Also an added bonus of that spacer: it will help that huge new stone stand out, and not compete with the diamonds in the wedding bands.

What does "ETA" mean? The spacer will arrive shortly and my new e-ring will be ready somewhere this week as well!
DH will travel to the States on the 18th so he will pick up the ring and bring it home to me a couple of days later. Count down has begun!!
