nope they are the same front and back, they are kind of puffy looking hearts and are solid silver minus the lock hole in the center

Cool, thanks! I'm interested in the rose gold one. I wonder why it is so much less expensive ($480 CAD less) than the small rose gold open heart and there is probably more gold.
Open heart is 16mm across and according to the website, the mini heart lock is .5 inches across. So the open heart is slightly wider, but the lock is solid.
