I get it...they technically aren't breaking any copyright laws or anything, so they're not counterfeit. My comment about them "being shut down" was off the mark, I'll admit; they can't be sued unless they were trying to pass them off as the original brands.
To me, it just brings up the whole debate of what is originality in fashion? Let's use the example of art: if you have a real Picasso, of course it's going to be special and unique and worth millions. If someone paints something and signs it "Picasso", that's fraud and illegal. If you have a poster of a Picasso painting, that's fine and a great affordable way to appreciate Picasso's genius. I would liken T&F to having a poster of the original. I guess just the majority of tPFers are into the originals.
