I love that cute penguin.
I was thinking of looking for one.
He’s just adorable.
Please post modeling pics .... !
There are some listed on eBay that I’ve found that seem authentic by the pictures. Definitely jump on it if you want one!! I paid $229 for him including shipping and he’s adorable and totally worth it. Since the piece is 25 years old it has value that will increase (as it’s already pretty rare & hard-ish to come by.)
I got it in Monday and it’s lovely! Gave it a good polish even though it didn’t seem very tarnished and it looks brand new.
Here’s a few pictures I snapped just now on my neck so they aren’t very quality! I can take more if you’d like or want more detail since you’re thinking of buying one!
Great thread @AntiqueShopper, thanks for sharing your items. Here are a few of the silver items I have that I believe have been retired - I'm not sure of the specific collection names or dates. I wish I had purchased the 1837 square ring in gold as well, it is a comfortable and unique piece.View attachment 3924293
My fav piece that stands out is the interlocking SS hearts w the the 18K gold heart in the middle. I also had the bracelet and lost it years ago.
The inside is another good way to authenticate! Older Tiffany pieces are unfinished or unpolished, so it almost feels rough (to a degree, not super rough)OMG he’s the cutest thing ever and I love how he is flat on the inside so it sits perfectly on your neck!
He almost needs a name!
Tiffy?!?
Sounds like it’s the name of the collection. This is the description/story of the collection on Tiffany’s website. Is this actually out of retirement or just named that??
Omg I loveView attachment 3972147
Paloma Picasso loving heart bracelet in 18K gold. I have the matching earrings. I wear them around Valentine’s Day every year... I think I got them in the early 2000s. One of my favourite designs - I don’t like the new ones as much.
