Thoughts on wearing more than one necklace at once?

I used to be against layering different necklaces but lately I'm starting to like it. It has to be well styled of course (something I can't do myself) but I've seen it in magazines and IRL on other ppl and I like it.
I will try to post a few pics from a Japanese magazine with styling ideas of layering different necklaces.

I went to Tiffany today but they didn't get that necklace in yet. It's too new apparently. So instead I tried on a heart shaped key with the Tiffany blue enamel. The SA suggested I wear my bean at 16" and the key or the necklace I've been eyeing at 18". The key looked pretty good with my bean!

That's awesome! Are you going to get the key? I think the blue enamel key is so cute!

Here is a picture of my bean on a 16" chain and the small tiffany oval key on both an 18" and 30" (I think) chain. Excuse the key, I have to clean it!

What do you ladies think? I'm not sure if I love it on me, but I love it on other people!

Thanks for posting the pics! I like the key on the 30" with the bean. I'm really thinking I should get a key instead now!

I think this looks great! I like it in with the key on both chains but think I prefer the longer 30" chain.

I think both look great! The longer chain is definitely a more trendy look, the shorter is a bit casual. By itself, the key would look amazing on that 30".

I went to a different Tiffany today to try on the heart enamel one because that store had it in stock. It did look odd with the bean as some mentioned here. If I get it I would just wear it alone. I'm really considering the key now!
