Me too.

The ladies in the LV forum have already gone in on this bag. There's already many people who claim MK steals designs even though their favorite design house does too. I try my best to defend MK bags because for the most part the bags are very well made with good leather and classic designs. However I can't defend this bag against the MK haters. Even though it's a cute bag, it's so blatantly obvious that it's a play on the LV print(the brown one).

The navy one looks cute!

It was first only LV for me. But I started too love MK last year. If I want to wear my MK bag, I want it to like a MK bag and not like a fake LV indeed. That some.styles are copied I dont mind. But this for me is a not done. Especially the brown version.

Agreed. I would be so uncomfortable carrying this. It's a blatant knock off. The blue one is cute.

I don't like it because it looks like LV, but also because of the tons if MKs on it. I don't care for signature bags in general. I'd feel like I was carrying a fake LV with the brown one too

I'm not an LV fan, but I'm disappointed that MK copied their color combo. MK isn't the first nor last designer to "borrow" a design from another designer, but I think copying the color combo as well is beneath him. I don't have a problem with the blue one, but the brown one makes me think of a knockoff that you'd buy in a back alley somewhere.

Wow this is a little sad. MK has some cute bags he doesn't need to imitate all the LV canvases. It kind of ruins MK for me. I was considering one of his saffiano bags but after seeing this and looking at more canvases he copied it almost feels like I would be buying a replica bag. Not a good look at all. I think this will negatively impact his line.

Totally agree. I don't buy bags that are obvious knock-offs of more expensive designers. I was completely shocked when I saw MK had copied the LV DE pattern in his most recent collection. I would never purchase this bag from MK nor any other that was an obvious copy of a color combo. Similar designs are okay, but blatant copying of the LV DE pattern is not.

I'm not offended by this bag. Clearly, it's not going to fool anyone, but it gives people who like the LV design a chance to wear a similar bag at a lower cost - without resorting to purchasing a replica. So in a sense, MK is helping LV by steering people away from the replica market. Furthermore, I don't think LV is losing business because of MK's similar designs - if LV is losing business, then it means LV quality is just not good enough to keep their customers.

I agree. I love MK but I won't buy those LV knockoff looking bags. To me it looks like a cheap imitator.
