Thoughts on Mina Plastic Surgery Clinic?

I know this review is years after your post but thought I should share my experience in case anyone finds it helpful. I did my eye procedure at Mina clinic and it was an excellent experience. Did upper blephorplasty, ptosis correction and fat grafting to upper eyelids. I did originally get introduced to Mina through seoul guide medical (as some commenters above mentioned), but that was over a year before I actually made the decision to get the procedure done. By that time seouls guide medical was no longer partnered with Mina clinic. So I worked directly with Mina to schedule and coordinate the appts for the surgery. Mina’s after surgery care was excellent. Honestly, I was really worried about that part, but anytime I reached out to them through out the last 13 months, they were very quick to provide a detailed response.

Now because I saw this clinic mentioned in the comments here. I did also have a consultation with Answer clinic. In the beginning, I thought I liked Answer more because during the initial consultation the Dr there (Dr Choi) was much more flexible in procedure options to address my concerns. Where as, at Mina (Dr. Cha) came off really inflexible in that he would only address my concerns with his one stated approach (ptosis correction, blephorplasty and fat graft)… it took me a year of reading up more on the different procedures out there and actually following some double board certification oculoplastic surgeon in the U.S. that I realized the surgical plan Dr. Cha laid out strictly was in fact the correct one that I needed. Where as the Dr. Choi at Answer clinic was ready to give me eye brow lifts to address my actual need of ptosis correction. So in sum, I would go to Answer if you want something simple like Botox (because answer is cheaper than Mina, and I did infact get masseter Botox done there, quick and simple in and out) but I would not go there for anything more invasive.
I wouldn't do anything major with Mina if I were you. My family member and I both had a full facelift, and neither of us was happy with the results. We shared our feedback via WhatsApp — as usual, Isabel was the one who responded. Good luck trying to speak with Dr. Cha after the surgery — even when I was still in Korea, it was nearly impossible to get a direct response, let alone through WhatsApp. So, what didn’t we like about the outcome? None of our friends or family noticed any difference after the procedure. It’s been a year now. The only changes I can point out are that I gained a smile line (which I hate of course) and lost the two small jowls I had. That’s it. I certainly don’t look 10 years younger, as promised. A facelift is an invasive procedure with a long recovery time. Please do your research carefully. This isn’t something you’ll want to repeat. His recovery room was dirty, and the blankets were stained with blood. It really made me question how hygienic their procedures are. but it was too late for me to back out ( I was in recovery room while my family member had hers done).
