How do you all feel about the new creative director's lineup?

I know what I feel: disappointment, uninspired, crushed. I don't like it; I honestly don't think there is one bag on there that I actually like a lot, never mind love. :(

I like some of the design elements and I like oversized turnlocks. I like a few of the bags, although I don't know if I will be buying any of the ones I've seen. Some of them make me think Tonto lost his saddle bag. :D

I tend to lean towards classic styles and colors so I am not a fan of pretty much any of these, however I can see where they are going after a different customer base....guess I'll spend my dollars at kate spade...

I second your feelings, I actively dislike all of the bags I've seen so far. Better for my wallet I guess. I'm glad I got so many Legacy bags, I'll just try to enjoy those and maybe stalk eBay for older bags.

The only one I remotely "go for" is the embellished Phoebe, and I'm pretty sure it's going to be past my comfortable price point. A couple, or even more than a couple are downright ugly and kind of look like someone threw up a bunch of materials and design"elements."

I typed elsewhere that it makes me laugh that the current version of Bororough has been marketed as streamlined and classy and they have"barfed" bling all over her. I don't see this fall collection commanding the high top dollar Coach says they want. But what do I know? I'm not the young, fashion forward customer. But I do have eyes to see and, I think some measure of taste.

Really not my style. I'm hoping that they are showing some of the more "aggressive" styles as they do at fashion shows and the like and that there will be other things that I'll love.

I actually like A LOT of the bags! I love the edgy quality they all seem to have. Remember that we're seeing the most inspired pieces of the collection, and like they always do, they will probably backfill the rest of the line with the more classic pieces.

I guess I'm in the minority when I say I love several of these bags. I'm already socking away pennies for this beauty:

But then again I'm 22 so I suppose I'm part of the demographic they're trying to reach?

Agree, I wouldn't purchase any of these bags. I've already wandered over to Kate Spade and found a mini Pippa that I love, maybe there will be others joining that one. :p

I agree…not much that even remotely interests me from the preview (perhaps one or two bags, though I'd have to see them in person), so I'm also curious about what else Coach might have to offer.
