how does the anteater look in person? i like my banana too, i haven't see the whale backpack. the snake is fun i will be getting the zebra soonI have a the two sizes of whale and elephant, I regret not getting the turtle backpack when it came out with the whale but the backpack straps sit weird on my shoulders so it's only a love from afar. My favorite that I have would be the anteater or the hippo but hippo can't travel because they used sand in the feet to balance him. TSA scanners hate how the sand appears so it's too much trouble.

Sorry, the whale duffel and the turtle backpack came out at the same time, so I meant the turtle backpack. The snake was such a fun one on the runway and congrats on upcoming the Zebra!

it’s so hard to keep track of all the animals they’ve dreamt up! I had a chance at a deer once but it was stored badly and collapsing sideways, so I had to passoh no- are you in NYC? i've only seen two ppl since with a tb bag and they've been years apart.Thank you for the photo
I'm in SoCal, have actually seen a reasonable number of the hector bags between Rodeo and South Coast but the other animals, never. I know the animals sell and exist somewhere because South Coast does business at a decent clip. Saw at least four in Paris the other weekend

That's awesome! Most people have gawked from afar but the two times people have squee'd were during travel. Once an EVA flight attendant lost all composure and grabbed the whale from the console before realizing what she had done and apologizing profusely; I wans't offended at all, just surprised that she "broke script". A different time, the panda fits perfectly in the overhead bin but a FA lost it when she opened the lid and was not expecting that face to be staring back at her
