I'm also thinking of a new band too because the one I was wearing with my first ring was from my husband's grandmother's. The diamond quality or the setting isn't that great. The diamonds don't shine at all and with this upgraded ring, the band really doesn't look good. I have a thin rose gold one as you can see but I think I want something with diamonds or just different. Anyone paired their engagement ring with a band with blue sapphires?

the upgrade is so perfect in your finger. Hope I could upgrade mine of 0.81ct to 1.3ct like this some day, my ring size is 4 so hopefully it would look as nice as yours. So envy of your ring. I color does not look any tint at all

Congratulations, it looks beautiful on you! I love the Tiffany classic solitaire - although since it's also what I own (recently upgraded as well!), I'm biased! I pair mine with a Tiffany channel set band and love it, but also think sapphires would be beautiful!

I don't notice the yellow at all face up. In certain lighting if I stare at the side of it, I might see a tiiiiny hint of yellow. Not sure if it's something I'm imagining or reflection from surrounding colours.

I'm thinking I'm going to go with the 3mm knife edge wedding band. It really makes the diamond pop and the overall look is really clean. I considered the channel set band as well! It's very classic.

I have the knife edge wedding band and love it. It's simple but looks really modern next to another band when I stack. You can get the sapphire band later!
