Yeah, that's a reputable seller and the bag looks authentic. I'd shoot out a quick "hey just wondering what's up" email today, and give her a day or two to respond. It is a holiday weekend, and some high-volume sellers don't bother to send confirmations of anything. It's annoying, but just a fact of eBay. I wouldn't be surprised if she ships it out today.
