They sent me the same bag twice

I don’t see anything wrong with the handle or lock, but the strap looks like a cat or a puppy got hold of it

Don’t accept to pay any fees on the repair on a brand new bag. If I were you, just exchange for a new stock available. The toron handle looks fine. But I wouldn’t accept the leather strap.

The CA said she cannot order a new one there’s not one available to order. So I either keep what I have or get a refund
