Go back to the store with your bag, ask for the manager. Tell them what happened and what a jerk this guy was, and would they kindly tell you all the info. That's all you can do. Just be sweet as honey and I'm sure they will help you out.

You’re welcome! I tried finding it on my sunglasses case and couldn’t find it there either. I am guessing they want to make it generally hard to find. You can download the app and get a general idea where it is or know that it is there…
