Thanks! I spent some time on the phone yesterday, and they are replacing it with a new one! They were very friendly and accommodating--so hopefully the new one that I get will be good!
I didn't keep it I ended up returning it, I didn't take any pics. I liked it but it was so dark it almost looks black to me, I like the black better. I think if it was a bit lighter color wise or a more warm color tone I might have kept it. I half debated on exchanging it for black but I don't really need another black bag. I'm going to wait for saddle to come out, that will fill a hole color wise in my handbags.
Well I tried my Cassie for a week and fell in love. I was very close to giving it to my daughter, but found it quite handy when I was helping her with her baby. I'd really like a cute guitar strap that is long enough for crossbody. Any recommendations? I don't like the signature ones...leather with some bling is fine!

Well that's disappointing! What color did you order? You may want to check Macy's as I believe they are having 30% off Coach. It may not happen online, but the signs were all over my Macy's Coach Department yesterday. Just a thought.just wanted to update--the store called me and there was some kind of mix up and they can't replace the bag. So I just returned it. very frustrating and disappointing.
I remember you were having issues with the size of it--did you find a way to make it work for you in that way as well? I have one and it is plenty large for me, but just wondering how it went for you.
