Looking like my bargain preloved black Cassie is going in the disaster direction instead of the good deal way. The seller messaged me early yesterday saying she would ship it that day but has not. I had a bad feeling when I clicked buy, and while any number of things could have delayed her getting to ship it, I keep thinking I am not getting this bag

I am located in Canada and I was told by customer service if I called the stores they can charge and send even if it’s a sale item. The sales associate at the store sent me an email with a payment link and I paid and she called me back afterwards to let me know it will be shipped the same day.

My 'backorder' cassie 19 is already 'shipping from store'. I'm sooo happy! It's my birthday next month and this one is a great advance gift. :biggrin: I reached out to coach through live chat and confirmed that shipping will start tomorrow.

ty Starbucksqueen for your advice to wait. I almost gave up since I called a few stores and they told me that cassies are already out of stock.

Just an fyi, I purchased a bag on eBay and the USPS tracking was all wonky. For days it said the shipping label was created and nothing else. Then boom, package delivered at unit. Trotted out to my communal mail setup, there it was in my box!

I managed to get the Cassie 19 in Chalk last month, regret not getting the larger size at the same time in Black. Called several stores this week and was able to find it. Currently waiting for the shipment confirmaron from the store, got the receipt already.The bag will ship from another Coach store to theirs. I got to give praises to the SA who worked with me over the phone. :yahoo:

I bought the regular cassie last June and now I also want cassie 19 in black or colourblock. I asked the sales associate at the store near me and unfortunately he told me all cassie are sold out :(

Too bad! Now the hunt is on. Maybe some will make their way to the outlet. Some retailers may have them. It all depends on whether you just wanted a Cassie for 50% off, or whether you still .wanted a discounted Cassie. Good luck! I haven't made up my mind whether I want to list mine or not and if I do, I won't be price-gouging.
