I haven’t, however, the gun metal hardware in general does have issues with chipping. It should be under warranty to where they can fix or replace.

I purchased it on eBay so I wasn’t sure if they could do anything about it :/

that’s good!I read reviews on Macy’s website and a lot were complaining on the straps coming off so their bag falls unexpectedly.They were complaining on the flimsy strap buckles attached to the bag i think

I had that happen once with my Cassie. It rather surprised me. It wasn’t heavy at all. Maybe I accidentally hit the clasp to open it. Who knows. I wore it the other day and no issue.

I just noticed the Cassie and Cassie 19 listed on a door buster sale on Belk's website. I have never shopped at Belk's Department store. The only reason I've ever heard of it is because they sponsor college football! So I can't vouch for them; just sharing what I saw just now.

I have seen issues with a lot of Coach pewter (which is the hardware on pine/aurora). I never used my aurora Cassie and ended up selling it because of the many problems I had seen online (not Cassies). It is a shame because I like that it is something different than brass

Now I've got to look at my Cassie. I have the color aurora and I solely use that bag when I'm not going to be gentle with my purse.

Ladies/experts - what colours does/ did the regular Cassie come in in pebbled leather - just one plain colour - no colour block no mixed materials no snake handles no coated canvas or signature no colour accents or two tone etc etc just one solid colour in pebble leather - I’m a plain Jane!!
