There is something about Cassie...

For color block, those are nice. More neutral. I like the blue.
The Cassie 19 I ordered comes tomorrow. It does have that lovely blue color, but also that burgundy?/oxblood? thrown in the mix. At least it was half off.
There's something I really like about the 19 ; it's not as structured and is deep like the Rambler and will pair more easily with a more relaxed, casual silhouette. It's also a cheaper alternative to the Beat bag.

Okay all: the Cassie 19 has arrived. It was nicely wrapped. I know it was returned because it wasn't factory packaged. I think I know why: the lighter blue is a periwinkle blue, just one shade past a pastel blue with a hint of lavender. The bottom is oxblood and trim is oxblood. I tried to take a picture of it against one of my coats, but I had trouble getting the exact shades. It might be because of fluorescent lighting. I only removed the stryofoam shielding the front panel. To

Some more thoughts... It is an adorable bag, but I have to ask myself if I would have paid full price? And I had the black and returned it because I had been sent a returned bag thrown in a plastic bag. I had other opportunities to purchase another Cassie 19 in black, but then I went to my closet and my vintage Rambler. It was all in the crossbody strap. Coach has begun to skimp on some of the crossbody straps and the one on the Cassie 29 could be a tad wider. Honestly, I didn't know if I would use all of the straps to justify a price that was over $200 plus tax. As for keeping this one, going to sleep on it and try see it in natural light.

What a steal! I paid €395 and it was still worth it such a great bag. We don’t get such huge discounts like that here.
I also got that deal. We don't get deals like that here either! Lol. It was a fluke, I think. Or just one of those things. Thanks to the efforts of the great people on this thread, more people were able to discover the treasure. (Thanks again, guys.)

I went back and gave another look. I really would like to wear now. What do you think? It's grounded in oxblood, so my original thought was that I could get away with it now
Despite the light blue, this is not a spring bag. Thoughts?

I gave up trying to convince myself to buy this bag. I also thought that 200+ dollars was too much to ask. I also understand what you're saying about the oxblood making this less of a spring bag. Even with the discount I couldn't justify it. I have other bags that would give me the same function that I like way more.
And I agree with you, I also thought the strap on the larger Cassie should be slightly wider. I end up changing out the strap every time I want to wear it. Coach does make some nice straps but some of them can use an improvement. I really like the crossbody strap that come with the Tabby 26. It would be nice to buy them separately.

It was marked down to $147.50. I have so many black bags. Just wanted something different. We're not carrying much during this pandemic, so it would.
Ultimately, if I change my mind...I will sell it. Unlike people on Poshmark, I don't charge ridiculous prices for a used bag.
The bag looks good against dark denim. It will also work with grey. You think the color scheme really wouldn't work, but it does. I actually think it looks better than the pine green and pink version.

Bag is beautiful.

She’s beautiful! And a great deal too! How I wish this goes on sale too here in the land down under. I’ve been eyeing this bag for a while but can’t find the courage to spend full price (Aud650) for something that gets huge discount in the US.

Have you tried to do the pre-loved market? It is a lovely bag, however, other than LV, I've never paid $650 plus for a bag. After all, it's a bag you're supposed to use everyday. Pay too much for it and you'll be afraid to use it. That would defeat its purpose.
