I have not received mine yet I am hoping it will come soon. I chose deliver to my home so I’m wondering if that is extending the time, however, it still hasn’t shipped yet.

Has anyone else's WT bumbag been taking a long time? I ordered mine late February and it's been almost 12 weeks now :( I've contacted them multiple times after 8 weeks and each time they tell me they will escalate, contact me with an update, but they never do. I understand delays happen but the lack of communication is really appalling. I've just filed for a chargeback at this point. I'm super disappointed by this whole experience.

My order took 13 weeks last year. I did have to call a few times and they would give me an updated shipping time

Good to know, thanks! When you called, did they just gave you an update? Because every time I called, the reps said they didn't know and needed to escalate. Then never contacted me. It's why I ended up deciding to file a chargeback since no one would give me an actual updated shipping time.

They told me that they’d escalate it and that I’d be contacted but I wasn’t either. So I kept calling back and one day they said it was estimated to arrive in a few weeks then I called back a few days later and they said it shipped and gave me a tracking number

What would you use the most? I have the Speedy and love it! I also considered the NF but love the rolled handles on the Speedy. I had 2 Alma bbs and sold them since they weren’t functional for me. Have you tried on any of these bags?
