That makes sense, I'm under the impression service is much better in Europe! I need to order some, it seems so handy to be able to change your bag style more easily.

Yes I was very happy when I got it. However I think the service is not always that good. A lot of people complain about the poor customer service. My experience was not always that good. You can read this in the Google comments about the Chanel store. Which is a bit sad...

Hi all! I pulled out my 2010 caviar WOC from it's box and noticed it was flat. The back top corner is alo I normally store my flaps and other bags in their dustbags standing up, but this has been lying down in the box for 12 years, and rarely used. Should I stuff it with some tissue paper?

I think you should take that bag out and use it!

I think a base shaper can easily solve it.

Definitely! I used to only use it for night events and when I first got it, I was 21 and thought it was too fancy haha I’m going to use it for my ‘errands’ bag

I clipped both ends of the strap in my mini WOC to shorten the strap and prevent it from shifting around.
Has anyone tried this? Any feedback on if it will damage the inside / leather/ chain?

Does anyone have the woc with the adjustable strap? Is it worth the price difference over the classic since we can now shorten the strap with the links. I have the purple woc with adjustable strap for pickup but I'm not sure I can justify the price of 3800 vs 2950 for the classic.
