I leave the base shaper in the bag and store the bag in the dustbag

Thanks for your reply! I’m in Germany. I haven’t bought anything Chanel yet, and hence don’t have a SA. My plan was to go to the boutique once the stores are open, however I don’t know whether they can locate anything for me in case my desired items aren’t in stock. What would you recommend? TIA!
Hello, i’m also in Germany and called the Munich store. They were so helpful and assignmed me a SA, she is also very supportive and replies fast. She found the mini flap bag i asked in Paris and delivered it to the Munich store. Then kept it for me for 3 weeks, because i do not live in Munich.

I store the chain outside and don’t keep the woc in the dust bag ( I like looking at it in my closet). I store it with the woc saver always and have it standing up

I like the one with GHW more just because I like the gold hardware a bit more and for my wardrobe, it is more versatile
Hi guys! I’ve been stalking this site for ages but it’s my first time posting here. Finally got my first Chanel bag yesterday! I wanted to get a burgundy WOC in caviar but they only had it in lambskin. The muted gold on that piece was absolutely gorgeous! I did end up coming home with a black one in caviar with gold hardware. I’m beyond pleased with it and I can’t stop smelling the leather!
Quick question. Do you guys spray your caviar pieces with Collonil Carbon Pro? Would you recommend applying a leather conditioner on it as well?

I was offered this popular 21A dove grey in the WOC size and I’m supposed to go in to pick it up tomorrow. However, I’m a bit conflicted since I am worried the grey in woc size might be too washed out and not gonna make enough of a statement. Plus would it be harder to match with outfits? Wondering if I should just wait and get a classic black one instead. I was hoping since this shade is lighter, it might be more cheery and elegant. What are your thoughts on this? Any help would be appreciated since I have an appointment to go in tomorrow to pick it up!
