Hi guys! I want to purchase my first Chanel piece ... WOC in black caviar with gold hardware. As there is no Chanel boutique close to where I live, and I have no purchase history with them I cannot purchase directly from Chanel. Even NM does not sell Chanel where I live. Is there a way I can purchase this WOC new? Would it work to call NM in different location to purchase over the phone?
I found one on resale site that was made in 2010 is in excellent condition with full set for $2950 USD. It seems crazy to pay so much more for 11 year old bag that brand new!

That’s insane...I’ve sold my 2016 classic caviar woc for $1500.
You might try asking in one of the threads on the shopping channel!

Many of us are also willing to share SA info if they know their SA has the specific piece you want.
I was in the same situation and my sales associate at Nordstrom was able to purchase for me from the Chanel boutique that is in the Nordstrom and I also got nordies points. They sent directly to me. If you have an account with NM, Saks or Nordstrom try doing it through them. Even if you don’t have a regular SA they will help as they may get commission

I did that... I called NM and they were able to put me through to Chanel Boutique who got me the bag. I am so glad I did not have to pay more money for 11 year old bag hahahaha.

This seems to be the one you mentioned, the very sought after Rose Clair. I wonder if they still have this and the white one in goatskin, I’m eager to check the store tomorrow!
