I don’t think so. It will not close properly. Most inhalers are too bulky for such a small bag, especially with your phone in there already.
Hi there! I have a proactive inhaler and it fits in my WOC just fine. Here it is with the inhaler, a Gucci card case and travel size lotion - which is what I typically carry. I also put my keys right on top.

Since I wouldn’t put a card holder in there do you think an iPhone not plus would fit ok? Maybe in the zipper pocket? Thanks again
Yes, definitely! I sometimes squeeze my iPhone in there as well, but with my pop socket on it doesn’t fit. I’m not sure it will fit in the zippered compartment, but surely in the main compartment. Which WOC are you considering?
I am considering the classic caviar WOC that’s really the one I’m most drawn to but they are all so nice. Yes I wouldn’t put too many cards on there because I wouldn’t want to put everything from my Gucci wallet back and forth, just the few I need along with iPhone in a slim case, two keys and the inhaler especially when my asthma isn’t so great during early spring/fall weather. Makes me feel better knowing it can fit there!! I’m a minimalist so I think I can get much use, do you find you get much use from yours?

I found my chain weight some kind weird that could some feel heavy and a bit ligther as the same time.. was this normal to feel weight that way on chanel chain?
And my chanel leather smell scent is really nice strong smell too... would you please help me check weather i got my authentic chanel?

It sounds like all of your stuff will fit perfectly fine. I like to be as hands free as possible so I do get a lot of use from my WOC’s (I also have a red caviar boy). Although, I don’t like to carry much - usually just a card holder, inhaler, keys, chapstick, lotion and eyeliner. And it all fits!
