What kind of WOC would you recommend for a first Chanel bag? I'm pretty stuck because the classic has that delightful back pocket but they have other really great styles as well. I like the classic style but I also like the boy WOC and a few others:

Hi all, I’m new to Chanel but have had my eye on the WOC for a zillion years. Does anyone know if SHW is a permanent option with the Classic Caviar WOC? I like the gold but would love it in silver, or with one of the enamel type badges. But being new to really looking into buying, I’m not sure whether the SHW etc were seasonal. Also, has anyone from Australia purchased from the US in the last month or so? Wondering if it’s worth it or if I should stop by a boutique in Australia instead. Thanks in advance!

So there’s 2 versions (2450/2700$)to this trendy cc woc this season.. i saw one today with wide slip pocket on back but the front-to back is all one leather piece ( i don’t think it can fit much as narrow base)... does yours have a back slip pocket? I see yours is the older version ( which so far i ‘ve only admired from the front
)... pretty woc!!!Love the black on the bottom since it's a nice twist on a classic. I do believe it's been sold out in the US as I've been looking for one for over a month now
Hey ladies! I’ve been following this thread for a long time, and recently picked up my first WOC. This is the Trendy CC lambskin WOC in black with gold hardware. So beautiful. It is pretty different from the classic WOC as there are 12 card slots, the inner lining includes more leather, and it is less roomy. There is no zipped pocket in the flap, and there is a large slot on the back side. The chain drop is also a bit shorter, making the WOC look pretty good x-body on a 5’1 gal like myself

I purchased it in Canada for $3075 which is about $2400 US, so that’s probably it. I totally agree about the lack of room because of the base, which is unfortunate. It’s more of a true “wallet on chain” in that sense.
Congrats on your first WOC! It’s great that it’s got a shorter chain. I’m 5 ft 1 also so we may have to consider it!
