After opening the box, I was initially surprised at the size...I didn't check the dimensions and it is larger than expected (about the size of a compact Curieuse). But the color and envelope flap design won me over! It has all the space I need from a compact wallet: it fits everything I would normally carry in my Emilie wallet. The only thing I dislike is that I have to fold my bills when using the wallet. Not a deal breaker though. Here's the inside

I am not a fan of folding my bills but this cutie may be too cute to resist! Love it!

Nice collection! I would get the emilie in damier ebene or the monogram with rose ballerine. I think the red interior with the DE looks great and you don't have a DE piece in your collection, right? Also, the pink interior on the mono looks sooo cute!

Also, if you don't mind me asking: what is it that you like so much about the French wallet? I never considered it before. I'm curious to know why it's your fave!! :)

I'm totally with you on the monogram with rose ballerine !
The French wallet is my favorite mostly because the coin compartment. The wallet is just the right compact, with a bill slot and 8 credit card slots. I plan to do reviews of my wallets on YouTube. Maybe that'll help anyone who is on the fence about that style.
What's the main thing you look for in a wallet?
