I also ordered from them on the 24th. I kept checking the status and it kept saying pending. I contacted them on the 31st asking what was up with my order. My CC has been charged and they gave me a tracking # and said that Fedex was slow due to the holiday. I checked again today and it says my shoes were delivered to Delivered (Georgetown, TX 78628, US). I live in California. The company is in California. I have sent them an email telling them to cancel my order and to refund my money. I went on line to Zappos and ordered the UGGs and they will be here tomorrow. This was my first and last experience with Footcandy. Never again.Sorry to hear thatI'm a little frustrated with them myself. They did send me the cancellation email and offered the 10%, but I ordered another pair at full price a couple of days ago, and just got another cancellation email
