I will never order from Footcandy Shoes again! I ordered my boots at 12:24pm EST on 12/24 (which would have made it 9:24am in CA), and they canceled my order without even emailing me!!!! I called today and spoke with someone named Maria and was given a bs story about selling out and the cancellation email going into my spam folder--it did not since I check the folder everyday. They then had the nerve to offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase. I declined, I'm so disappointed. They should have honored the price and let me order a comparable Ugg boot.

Sorry to hear that :sad: I'm a little frustrated with them myself. They did send me the cancellation email and offered the 10%, but I ordered another pair at full price a couple of days ago, and just got another cancellation email :pout: I've never had issues with ordering from them before.

Nordstrom has added several more styles (some really good ones) to the sale on their website. If you enter "Ugg" in the search box, don't just skip to the last page for sale items, there are several cute pairs on sale on page one as well. They are 25 -50% off. I picked up 2 pairs!
