I usually wear 8 for other shoes but size 7 for Ugg boots AND Dakota. It's a snug fit and it will strech out to later on so don't get loose fit.

Thanks for the tip, I love Uggs.... they happen to be at the top of my Christmas list this year and I totally would have bought my size not thinking about stretching

Thanks a ton! You saved me a huge headache. The 3 is barely too small. My toes touch the end of the boot and it drives me crazy. So i ordered women's 5 as that seems to be the one in-between the two kids sizes. These itty bitty feet always cost me a premium! Ugh!
