I called them and they said that the code wasn't supposed to be valid on UGGs. I was trying to use them on Classic Shorts. They wouldn't honor it over the phone for me either.

Still looking for a valid discount on Classic Shorts in Chestnut somewhere, but have a feeling I'm probably going to break down and just purchase them at full price soon rather than later. LOL...
