You order one size smaller. I normally wear a 9 but in the classic shorts I wear a 8 and they fit perfectly.

I am so sad NM doesn't have any uggs I want on sale.

I already have chestnut uggs and I really wanted a pair of classic black or grey on sale!

If they still have your size on their website, you can get nordies to do a price match.....check out my earlier post (#123 on pg 9). They have to have your size/color/etc on the website which I'm assuming they still do if they cancelled your order. Do it before their update their website. I just did mine through live chat.

thanks for the suggestion! unfortunally it took shoefly 5 days to tell me they do not have the shoes, now they are not on the website anymore

My pair is size 5. Is this your size? I like the chestnut color, it's cute. But I have classic short in Chestnut, so I ordered Knightsbridge in black.

Yes, I'm a size 5. I've been eyeing it for awhile but decided that I will only get it if it on sale. Oh well. I checked this morning to see if the black is still available but it's not. Oh well....

I think they run true to size. I generally wear a size 7 and my 7s fit perfectly!
