How do the sizes run for the slippers? Specifically the fluff scuff.

I'm a US 10 and my Ugg scuffs are a 9. I have them on right now so it was easy to check!

Oh geez, sorry to hear that xtina...I don't know what happened. I honestly did it the other day and it work...I was quite surprised but very happy none the less! I wish I would of save the chat. Anyways, sounds like you got some so that's great!

Yeah, I don't know either. Maybe it just depends on who you talk to? Some might be more accomodating than others.

And yes, I've definitely gotten my fill of Uggs. How does a person go from not a single pair of Uggs to three pairs in ONE WEEK!? I ordered the Whitley and Seline both in black, and the Fluff Scuff in pink.

Do you guys think the "sand" color would get dirty too easily? Sand would match my wardrobe, but I'm afraid the color is too light and will show scuffs. Is it hard to clean uggs?

no it's not. i spray mines with shining monkey to keep them semi-water repellent and it works to keep it from being dirty. YAY to your purchase

My pair is size 5. Is this your size? I like the chestnut color, it's cute. But I have classic short in Chestnut, so I ordered Knightsbridge in black.
