Well, we all indeed still look it despite our passports betraying us : I am referring to both our passport photo (mug shot sans plate bearing name and serial no.) and DOB.

I will try chloe's wise tips on how to go back to sleep then will report back results. Thanks for your suggestion but I cannot drink anymore milk, since going over 40's, I have acquired a brand new condition, and unfortunately I am not referring to a moto but to some kind of dairy intolerance.

Thank you so much meg! I'm looking forward to the weekend, even though Bangkok is not a very exciting place and I've been there twice this year. I guess the company is what counts.

My trip was okay after I decided to up and go to Vienna instead! And now, looking back, it was an experience, good or bad! I met some kind people and got to wear my new moto, and that makes up for it all! :love:

I think the self-hypnosis kinda works. LOL! Let me know how it turns out for you!

Does anyone have any input on the colour transfer issue? If no one has experienced it so far, would you or would you not wear your coloured Bbags with your moto, if you know there would be some transfer on the bottom of the strap?

Half of me thinks it's just the bottom of the strap that gets the transfer, and no one else would see it but me. The other half is reluctant to subject my bags to any transfer at all. :thinkin: What would you do?

I have never had color transfer. I wear my bags mostly on my shoulder and this summer wore my yellow velo a lot with my moto jackets. If I was going to see transfer I would think it would have shown up on that bag especially.

I recently got caught in a horrible rain storm without my umbrella in my moto (higgins I believe). When it dried the waterstains were so ugly to look at, covered the whole upper part of jacket. I threw the thing in the washer (knowing that all the lovely ladies here would kill me if they saw me). I let it air dry and you cannot tell a thing. I just put it on the last rinse cycle and then spin. Hung it on a dress making dummy to dry. I have to admit it needs a serious moisurizing session but the color has not changed. It seems stiffer but I will moisturize. I did not tackle smell issues so I cannot say it will eliminate odors.

Have you considered putting it in a plastic box and covering it in baking soda? Should help with odors without subjecting it to water and all other kinds of witchcraft.

When she is completetly dry I will post before and after pics.
Havana is a distressed wrinkly leather, I would never do this on my Navy or Margaux, but I like the results so far. The leather still smells different than my other two motos, but like I said earlier, I am a super sniffer/sensitive nose. Prob. cuz shes still damp.
My problem was with my washing machine, it didnt spin out enough water (to help drying process)

I know you all think I am NUTS! But this also confirms to me what a quality garment this, and how well made this product is!

First time ever for me to hear that a black moto would have color transfer on a lighter colored bag. Only heard about denim transfer on bags....

Anyone else can contribute to this issue?

Hmm... this is interesting! Could it be that it was another article of clothing that caused the colour transfer? But I only ever wore the moto during this trip!

The only time I have ever had color transfer on a bag was from jeans on a white bag. I used baby wipes and the marks mostly came off.
