Don't forget this is just the initial release, too. How many times have we all seen designs/cw later in the season that then wow'ed us? :graucho::graucho: Especially with all the enabling pics modeled by fellow members! :loveeyes:

This colorway looks intriguing. It reminds me somewhat of the border on the neutral la femme aux semelles du vent.

I think I am fearless:coolio:, cos I really like this "scary" noble horse in 01, 03 ,04 CWs. And Le Jardin in pale pink is very chic!

I watched a documentary-film True Appaloosa of a US-born New Zealand woman who first discovered that the pure Appaloosas originated in the Steppes: http://www.horsetalk.co.nz/2014/09/...ncient-origins-appaloosa-horse/#axzz4SA5w5NFB The film about her journey to find the horse's origins and I found her incredibly inspiring (not something I feel with many animal breeders). She traveled to Kyrgyzstan, a formerly part of the Soviet Union, and which is 80% mountainous.


'Appaloosa des Steppes' is first on my list so thanks for posting the cws. I think it's a scarf that will look great tied (hoping) and AS's scarves are among my most worn (if not the most). I also think it will sit very nicely between my 2 Cavaliers du Caucase and my Zebra Pegs and along side (or should I say north of Femme aux Semelles de Vent and North-West of Mawari).

ok. My wishlist is set. Let the hunt beginn :grin:

Appaloose it will be at least in 2 CW, guess 09 and 12 or 09 and another one, and the Thron scarf.

Any ideas when those will pop up in Europe...?
