Thanks. Yes with your strong beautiful coloring I can see that. It helps to be pale as a ghost like me [emoji317]

Thanks. Yes, the colorways on this design are a bit odd.

I bought the purple blue one which is a bit dark. But it works well for me with my lighter summer clothes and my dark bags like raisin and bleu saphir.

This bleu glacier colorway is not exactly as neutral as it looks. It's great with cream or beige but it's not great with navy or other shades of blues. It also has a bit of pink so it's nice with pale pink. But not super versatile. I'm keeping it to go with my creme and beige items. A hint of blue with them always helps me to not look too pale. And it goes with my GT bag.

I am curious to see more if canuk's colorway. That looks easier to wear with multiple colors. But I cannot get three colorways of the same moussie. These both work for me so I'll stick with what I have. Famous last words [emoji23]

I felt the same about the 140 silk in this design. I loved the design so I would have bought more colorways but only one really worked for me- the black on with red. The other colorways were all a bit off on me.

Lol, NEVER say never with H!

Hi, I have a few questions for all you wonderful and knowledgeable scarfies.

A bit off-topic, however I have read here in this thread that for AW2017 it is confirmed that the Samouraïs will come out as a CSGM right? But any further info on other upcoming scarfs/shawls? I'm REALLY hoping/wishing for Dans Un Jardin Anglais as CSGM! (Quite likely as it has now been issued in all other formats, 90/moussie/twilly/gavroche, or not?)

Back to topic; I'm considering which scarf to buy next (that damn slippery slope). Has anyone seen this one IRL and/or purchased it? Palm Springs, 140cm, marine/ciel/blanc. Any modeling pics? Also, it's 100% cotton, how does it drape and feel? Are there disadvantages to this material? Really love the colors, simplicity and adore the contrast white hem. Any info appreciated, TIA!

It's between this one and On A Summer Day in CW03, bleu royal/rouge/vert. The Palms Springs is in my preferred size and easy to incorporate in my wardrobe, but I also love the graphic design and colors of the Nigel Peake. I guess I need both! (If anyone can confirm the On A Summer Day will come out as a CSGM in the upcoming season that would be the best of both worlds :happydance:.)

actually my local scarf specialist told me Samourais is NOT coming for Fall as a CSGM. Perhaps it will be Spring.

There's no intel as far as I know about A/W 17 but i'm sure a thread will start soon.

Hi Angelian,
Have PS in acajou/marine/cobalt and currently giving the marine/ciel a good thought. Very light to wear. Not as "stiff" as silk twill and imo, lets more air through. Makes it more pleasant to wear, I feel. Perfect for the spring. My main issue: because it's cotton, it wrinkles a lot. But that might also be because I am not particularly careful [emoji15] Sorry, too shy to do mods shots. You'll have to make my word on this [emoji6]
Just noticed that a 3rd CW appeared on the UK site. Cobalt/souffre. Not sure about that one though...
I also love the OaSD in most CWs. This particular one was worn by all the female SAs in London the past few weeks but they didn't have it on sale. Usual poor selection here unfortunately.
