It is indeed by Ugo Gattoni, he has some BTS on his Instagram account (and he is very friendly!) Also, it is based on an ancient Indian step well - I forget which one, but I think it's Chand Baori:

The first pic shows the colours the best IMO. Thanks for letting me share and thanks to all who post their lovely purchases to be admired from all over the world. :flowers:

The store also had this cw, which has been shown here by at least two lovely ladies but I was amazed by the vibrancy of the colors in person. I love it more than the red/black one above. It's truly a stunner!
