Oh!!!! Pautinka, lucky you!!! I was just about to place an order for this CW and it disappeared right in front of my eyes! I'll admit that I'm going a bit fanatic about this design that I got a bit freaked out when CW 05 was gone. I called the stores that I frequently buy from, which all involve a flight to get to, and none of them got them yet so I'm telling myself I'll still find it somewhere. I would really appreciate some mod pics for CW 05 if you have time. Pautinka, I get the feeling that we will not be the only ones that get multiple CWs on this design. :graucho::biggrin::biggrin: And I think you got 2 great CWs! :hbeat:

Much as I would like to play with my scarves, I'm unfortunately far away from my scarves at the moment, so probably won't be helpful with the mod pics for a while. Someone will have already modeled before I can. :girlsigh:

I have yet to see any of them in person. We often pick the same CWS, and I am waiting for 08. I think 07 would work with your coloring. 06 has too much orange for my taste.

Thank you so much Croisette. Here are a few. Hope you don't mind but I have draped them round my dressmaking dummy as I look an absolute sight today! I have also attached a pic of half of the bright orange cw next to half of the back cw. You can see how they look samey but different too. I would say the black is more refined . Possibly a nice combination to wear mixed up together?

Thank you Cavalla. Yes, it went quickly from the UK site, just after I placed my order - you have to wonder about how many are "released" from H captivity at a time. I am sure it will be back on soon. I was a little surprised how, at face value, it is pretty similar to the orange one but when you REALLY study it the differences are quite obvious. It somehow manages to combine bright with subdued and I think the beige, gold and brown tones give it a different depth.
Anyhow, I have just posted some pics of this one and one of it next to the orange so you can weigh up the similarities and differences for yourself! [emoji4]

You said it very well here. It is a very refined CW. To me this CW presents the spirit of a samurai the best. The subdued and restrained retaining the passion. To me that's what a samourai is like. I had some doubts about it leaning a bit too much on the neutral side so I waited too long to make the decision. Your photos confirm its beauty. I think I need this one. Congrats and bravo on your good eye!

This scarf is sooooo pretty. I will most likely get multiple CWs. Been watching US websites for days. Can't wait to purchase it.

Thank you lilpie. I suspect this design will be getting snapped up as quickly as H issues the releases and that many of us will be guilty of putting multiple cws in our closet!! [emoji16]
