I just discovered something interesting about cw10 (Marine, Parme, Mauve) of Le Jardin de la Maharani. When tied in one direction on the bias, the color is quite light around the neck while remaining dark at the tails. Tied in the other direction, it darkens up quite a bit around the neck and is more in balance with the tails. It also "reads" more violet in the first directions, and more fuchsia in the second. This makes it a perfect travel scarf... very versatile! (FYI, for reference, in this photo my tee is black & my cardigan is dark green. Probably would have looked better with a navy tee.)

It's soooo pretty. Every time I look at the H.com scarf section, my eye is drawn to this exact scarf. Must...resist...must..save...for...Parures....!

I know what you mean about Parures... I have fallen under its spell as well. I may end up buying two 90cm this season... you never know!

@Livia1 The red in the shawl is bright clear red similar to Rouge Casaque. The Kelly belt in my mod pic is indeed Rouge Grenat. It is not an exact match (matchy matchy) but it would still complement nicely. Here is a close up pic of the Maharani.

For 90 cm I am eyeing the Iris scarf, perhaps a Maharani, for a GM either Appaloosa, Maharani or C Fleuri - still very unsure on colors as I haven't tried any of these in person yet.
