Yes, the mousselines are delightful for the warmer/hot weather and Tendresse Feline is such an endearing design. You have so enabled me for these 2 reasonable reasons to get one!!! Loving yours and the colors you chose, by the way!!!!!!

I finally got my Zambeze scarf! My Hermes had 2 other colorways earlier this year, which didn't suit me....my wait finally paid off!

I agree it pays to wait. The new policy is to send scarves in dribs and drabs. I think it's so we go in to the stores more regularly (and hence buy more) but only buy what you truly love, and this Zambeze is totally wonderful on and off

First post in the Hermes forum! :D

I started collecting Hermes scarf this year after acquiring a maxi Twilly in January, then I discovered the Maison des Carres design in the pocket square, then in the 90cm and how versatile that size is. Now I'm hooked on 90cm after getting the Potage Extraordinaire in Dark Blue. I got a lot of ideas from here too, truly inspirational and enabling! You girls rock! I have to post pictures of all my purchases this first 5 months of the year some time.

Here is my latest acquisition, Apparat des Plaines. I love the light summery color palette but it still has really interesting and multi-element design. I love wearing the 90cm scarves in a drapey cowboy knot and for this one I love showing the feathers on the Indian's head piece. Hermes scarves are truly works of art.

Looks fabulous my Apparat sister :ghi5: though I love mine dearly, that is certainly the most elegant cw

For hermesNN:

Hard to get whole scarf in the pic, here is one half:
The other half is similar. One end has squirrels on the border, the other end some primates.

And my fav corner

Beautiful folded and laid out flat, the whole picture is just so fine

Divine!

I regret not getting this cw when I had the chance, they sold so quickly!

It's gorgeous, so happy for you that you found it!

Wow!!! Somehow I missed this one and I am completely sold after seeing your fabulous photos.

Off to email my SA now, this is a must have- love, love, love!

Thank you for sharing.:smile1:

Some of the previously sold out scarves showed up online today and yesterday. I was able to snatch Marche du zambeze in blanc/vert/brun.

Thank you for the photos. Doesn't matter that they're stock. I am not necessary a big Kermit Oliver fan but you have shown me that that KO HS ties absolutely beautifully.

Hmm I'm not familiar with the artist KO. The product page says Antoine Tzapoff? I know I will get into the artist names and their styles one day, as my addiction progresses lol. Sometimes trying on is the best way to figure out if it is your cup of tea or not.

Last pic of Apperat cw 02 I promise

but I had to show you because my darling took such a fantastic picture

I absolutely love yours too. This picture is almost made me get a second cw! [emoji1]

This looks wonderful on you. Could you show a pix of it flat so I could see the whole design? And you got the Potage? I would love to see that modeled as I haven't really seen what it looks like on anyone.

Sorry about the delay. I have too many photos on my phone and I was trying to find different knots I did with Potage. Hope it's ok I posted a previous season scarf here.

I thought this design was interesting online so I went into the store to try on and as soon as I put the dark blue one on my neck I knew I had to have it! So fun and such good color palette. I didn't even bother trying it on in any other colors. I originally was so sure I was getting a Maison des Carres that day but none of the CWs looked right on me. I was so bummed until Potage came into my life[emoji1]

So it was the only 90 I had until I got the Apparat in May, so I pretty much wore it every other day for a month and what a workhorse it is. It matches with so many different types of outfits. I highly recommend it.

I used my rings as scarf rings. It was fun to play with them!

Love that combination with your Hard Rock black tee. Grungy (is there such a word?), casual and fun. That ring look great as a scarf ring too!

That George V knot looks great. Can you link me to the instructions, if there are any?
