Can you detect jacquard in the photos? The written description does not indicate this special detail. I am a newbie and don't own any jacquard scarves but am interested in learning more. In seasons past were they more expensive than the regular carres?

So far from this thread it sounds like the tattoo scarves (Jungle Love and Flamingo Party) and the Panthere Pardus are jacquard. Can anyone confirm this? Looking forward to checking them out in person.

I think H stopped making their scarves in jacquard in the 90s as that process is labor intensive and expensive...not that they couldn't charge us more.
I believe they only used jacquard a on certain editions, like for eg Le Geographie had kangaroos in the jacquard coz the print was something to do with Australia.
From me peering at the pictures before I bought the scarf, it does look like you can see the bee motif.
If you are interested, go to the H scarf US website n under search type "Jacquard", some scarves will come up. I am also very new to this jacquard business maybe some one else can chime in....like for eg why are those stoles listed as jacquard when they look printed on the silk and not in the fabric

The stoles & maxi-twillies are jacquard, the pattern is woven into the silk or cash/silk, not printed. But I think it's hard to photograph jacquard, it's like a trompe-l'oeil thing.

Jungle Love Tattoo 90 has the bee jacquard for sure - if you look at the large image you can see it. I don't see any sign of jacquard on the Panthera Pardus though. I can't find the Flamingo Party on the site right now to check it.

it's just so gorgeous your red/pink/blue rainneday. I just had to say it again. But I already have a Phoenix that i adore, so however sorely I am tempted (and believe me I am) I am going to have to find that combination some other way. And lo and behold, whatayaknow, there's an Under the Waves that may suit.

Anyone know generally from past years when in the new year the SS season gets released?

Congrats on being the owner of this cw. H coral/ pink has become my new addiction. They just manage to balance the softness of pink/ coral with some neutral colors so well that make them so wearable. It's gorgeous!
