so happy to have this neutral quiet colorway with such a powerful voice. such a delightful contrast.

(also got the 70 Rose de Compas in 16 - a very similar cw to the phoenix - thank you tiffanybarnum)

I wouldn't have thought twice about it except for your gorgeous pics, lanit, Nico_79, and alrgordon - many thanks to you.
Looks gorgeous on you! If you have time, can we get a modeling shot of your Rose de Compass too?

Katel, this is a perfect match with your shearling coat. I love neutral.

You look fantastic! I am so glad the scarves worked out for you, this looks magnificent with your coloring. I'm sure the Rose de Compas is just as sensational, it's such a lovely scarf. Even though the 16 colorway didn't work for me, I am still tempted to try out the other colorways when they finally appear at my local store.

This is just awful. I need to go on a ban so badly this season for my SO and I love 5 of the 6 GM designs and haven't even seen many cw possibilities :pullhair::pokey::pullhair: I'm doomed.

However.... Thanks to all the ladies for providing excellent intel.

Hi everybody, i have a few pics of le Jardin de Leila to share. I took these pics under fluorescent light to try to show the true colors of the shawl since it is such a delicate design. :D:)

This serene design really benefits from the 2-tone contrast. It lends visual texture and interest to the pattern. Thanks for showing this BegforBag!

90cm Tussah silk (like a raw silk) embroidered.
Here is a copy of the booklet.

TT, for what this is worth, the tussah silk may be much more comfortable in hot weather than a silk twill. Silk tussah is not easy to find. But I got some 20 years ago from a specialty fabric store, made a blouse (lined with China silk) and this blouse is very comfortable in hot weather, it breathes. The color is neutral like your scarf. Mine is an oyster color.

In comparison, a silk crepe de chine--typical blouse fabric-- would be uncomfortable to wear

So gorgeous and delicate. A must have GM, in my book. Katika posted hers in the Ode to Cashmere/Silk GMs thread as well. Thank you so much for posting and enjoy in the best of health. Beautiful!
