70s are so neat as neckwear, just the right filler for a shirt or jacket.
Actually gavroche work well to, especially if you have a Mors scarf. You can make a false collar from two tied together or worn under a jacket collar for a double layer. Much easier for wrist wear than a twilly and easy-peasy as mini head scarf or fashionable head band
Papertiger! I wish you had not given me so many examples of how to wear a gavroche. Now I might be into that size too.
Ouch seton, thank you for info, I could fall in love with this one. But I remember what you told : in 140, this design shows large spots of each colour... Anyway, I keep this in mind and give it a look. When arrived at FSH, though. The SS14 stock is quite low, so far...that's ok; there is a similiar cw in the 140

I started buying 70s relatively late, I didn't think they'd be me either. One huge plus, 70s don't really crease even though you have to tie them tighter, saves on the ironing
No, I'm really not in 70, and this is the truth, my dear! I don't know how to wear them, always too small, I really don't know. I own only one, dip-dye ClF, and this was a gift from H at the H Men's World event in 2012... I have to admit that the cw is really me, but I know for sure I'll not wear it, so I just have to pass
I must confess that some formats are no-gos for me: 70s, gavroches, pocket squares, silk pointus, 90 mousses, for ex, and I'm sure I forgot some!
I'm with you here.....I can't do 70s and I own a couple because I just loved the designs. Pointus and mousses are just not me....pocket squares I can't figure out what to do with....so, it's either a 90cm or a shawl for me.
Really sorry that I had hardly any time to spend in store and get details. These 2 cws are on a natural beige background just like Imprimeur Fou Sequences. The design is just 2 colours in 04 which is a taupe with Lie de Vin which I think is ( red) wine dregs in French and the other whose cw number I didn't look at was taupe and orange. As the design is very fine and delicate the colors are subtle and feminine. If you have seen the design in the 90 Carre, there is dead space in the centre except for the name of the shawl. In the Carre it's on a white background. This is just the type of design I love so definitely on the list for me. HTH!Yes, any details appreciated!
