Dear Scarfies, I am finally, finally getting around to contributing a photo! I thank all of you tPF ladies for taking the time to share so many beauties with me over the last two years! There have been so many temptations along the way! I hope cw 18 of Le Bal des Oiseaux hasn't been shown yet~this thread moves quickly! I have to add my most favorite thing about this Oiseaux. When you flip the scarf to the backside, it is just gorgy! I feel like I have 2 beauties in one! I actually prefer the backside, as did my SA! Now, if the rain would just go away here so the little birdies could come out to play....
The first picture is the front side...
I haven't seen this scarf posted yet.. Mors 90cm cw1
Brazil Indigo
And here is my picture of a SS2014 scarf. I love this cw, however, I find it rather difficult to find matching outfits. And what do you think, scarfies? I would really appreciate all your style tips
Dear tPfers,
This thread has been so inspiring with all of its beautiful pictures over the past few months. I have been out on a bit of a shopping spree myself...

I didn't like it until I wrapped it around my neck and didn't want to remove it! It's my first men's scarf and now I'm ready for summer![]()
These have been posted already, but I thought I'd add some reference pics for those considering spring GSGMs, with blues and greens. These are the three I've purchased this season.Regarding colors, the blanc in the Leila is actually a very creamy white. I think it will be especially pretty for fall. And the jaune soufre in the green Mors Remix is a bit warmer yellow, than the vert d'eau in the blue Mors Remix (which looks like vert anis/greenish yellow to me). The colors are a bit lighter than shown in my quick photos. Hope these are helpful!
From top, clockwise:

Mors et Gourmettes Remix - 242811S 01 - Vert/Ciel/Jaune Soufre

BTW Madison also had a cw I hadn't seen posted or online - bright green background. Very appealing but alas not a color I can wear. But I'm sure some lucky lady can!
It's heeeeere!!!
I hope this will help someone make a decision in favor of this fab shawl. Very unusual color combo, with pale yellow, blue and beige in the background... and like nothing else in my scarf drawer:

I know I rarely post these days but I do still lurk and love everybody's photos ❤️
I thought it might be useful if I posted these photos of my 2 new shawls - Mors et Gourmettes Remix cw's 03 and 18 as I haven't seen many photos of these.
Looks gorgeous on you Markova 👍👍
Wow, that red really pops, so strong but still totally Summery
This is beautiful! And thank you for the tip with flipping the scarf over, I would never thought about doing it but it really gives 2 scarves in 1!!!

Love it when the reverse side looks good too, hoping that the sun comes out for you and your flock![]()
Love this thread and have been lurking since I posted about buying my first H scarf back in February. I now have three, thanks to reading posts on here. The Au Coeur de la Vie with the yellow border and De la Mer au Ciel in colour way 08, I think, are my latest purchases. Can anyone tell me the French names of these colour ways? I can't work out how else to find this out even though I have asked when ordering online for the paper tag to be left on. They have all arrived without this.
I am going to wear the De la Mer au Ciel tomorrow. What would be the best knot to use? I live in the UK and it is supposed to be sunny tomorrow and I am planning to wear it with a simple white tee and jeans outfit. Hopefully it will help to cheer me up. I have a chronic illness and am hoping to be well enough to go out as I haven't been outside the house for a week!
I am so glad that I found this forum, although I don't think that my bank account is! I can't tell anyone in RL that I have Hermes scarves as they would probably have a fit at the expense. But I have fallen in love with them![]()
Dear HermesHope,
Congratulations on your scarf purchases! Someone here is bound to enlighten you soon on the exact color names. I'm looking forward to seeing some modeling pics.
Enjoy your silk lovelies, relax, take care!
Thank you so much, Markova. Not sure about modelling pics as I am so ill and also hopeless with a camera!

Never mind the pics, just swathe yourself in your scarves--silk is so very soothing. Hope you will feel better!
Dear "Sister",
I have a chronic illness myself and I can asure you that to be sorrounding by beauty helps to go out of bed each morning,
I'm cousins with you with your two purchases and every time I wear them, even witha simple white shirt and jeans or black trousers .. I feel proud of myself for choosing quality over quantity and even my steps are more "charming"..
It's money were spending and this forum it's like a big sisterhood
Enjoy them !!!!
Regards from Barcelona !!!
