I don't know if this has been posted yet, but got a few goodies at H in Beverly Hills over the weekend. This is a new plume (stole size) called Bayadere (cw 01). It is cashmere/silk and is very light weight. It is the softest thing I have ever owned, except for a furry puppy. It got to 80 degrees F today, and this still felt wonderful against my skin. Please pardon the puffy eyes....long day at work, today. The first pic is the stole in a pile, and the other, of me.

Absolutely delightful! And the plume is lovely as well!

What puffy eyes, Ladybaga? You look gorgeous and I love your new stole, it's stunning!

Beautiful, Ladybaga - I've been dying to see one of these beauties on. The colors are gorgeous. I have a solid-color plume - honestly, I didn't really intend to buy it, but once my SA put it on me, I couldn't take it off!! Last time I let her use that trick... Enjoy this beauty, it looks great on you!

Thank you Luvbolide! I know the feeling....I thought I'd try it on just to "get it out of my system" since I had never had anything other than the shawls, mousselines, and silk scarves. Once it was on, I didn't want to take it off! What I was trying to "get out of my system" (my curiosity) "Became a part of my system!" :smile1: I love the variety of stripes in this stole, because I can highlight certain colors with a simple twist or two. I figure, I can justify the price that way.
(Now I am starting to sound like a SA.....)

...
I am already planning my next scarf haha I am thinking for my birthday in September I will make a trip to the city and go to the hermes store to choose one!
...)

And by September, you will have the fall scarves to choose from too!

This scarf (cw16 ecru/vert/brique) came to me by mistake (meant to order the light pink one cw15). But I think it's meant to be mine when I saw it and tried on. I smell multiple cws of this scarf in my collex, sigh (my wallet is upset at me)... Twins with dooneybaby.
I also saw the one with what I thought was pink background, but turned out to be salmon background that is more into orange territory, so I had to pass for the time being. Until it grows on me...
The background was described as ecru in the barcode tag, but it looks very much tinted in green, like a few drops of chartreuse in a cup of cream if you will.
I do have a whole ton of navy tops and skirts to match with this scarf, :happydance:.

You look like the chicest flight attendant ever!

I know this one has been posted a number of times: Mythiques Phoenix in the aubergine colorway. It's my first scarf of the S/S 2014 season, and I was struck by how its colors and pattern are similar to the dress I'd just gotten. BUT, I'm not going to wear the 2 together--seems like overload. The MP seems to look better with the less distinctive, less busy top.

I love how well you have highlighted the aubergine side of the scarf.

Chestnutty, I also smell multiple cw of this design...the birds are so adorable!

It was just the opposite for me, I ordered cw16, but cw15 swooped in front of me, and I fell in love with it.

I agree 16 goes well with navy and blue...your gorgeous pics have proven it!

Here is cw15(rose nacre/vert/vieux rose), if any tPFers are interested to see.

I'm already thinking of another oiseaux scarf, maybe cw22. (pics? any one?)

Argh! First I wanted the pink, then I saw the blue on Chestnutty and Myke and thought "Blue for me!" and now I want the pink again. Your SA's games are wreaking havoc on me too!

Background color in 15 is actually like pale pink IRL, like petal of cherry blossom.
I believe rose nacre has also been used in tohubohu too, but compared to tofubofu being more pastel combination, this has more contrast in colors that might make it hard to capture the pinkness in back ground.

I know this was a typo but I wish there really was a scarf called "tofubofu!"

New Spring 2014 men's scarf called FOLLOW ME
Which has two patterns sown together
He is one I bought for DH to go with his new tie
I fully intend to borrow this one!

Forget the scarf, could I borrow your DH to escort me about town someday? He looks like a splendid accessory, thanks to your styling and his aplomb.

What a wonderful comment
Read it to DH and he smiled from ear to ear
You made his evening!

So nice to see you, Ladyb! This looks so soft and cozy, and light as a feather. Perfectly compliments your artwork, too! :smile1: Now wondering what else came home with you! :graucho:
