I got mixed feeling about " happy" scarves. They were my absolute favorites when ordering now when I see them in real life I am not sure if to keep them.
I expected them to be 2 patterns printed as one but they are in fact 2 parts sewn together. Not by hand , they are machine stitched in the middle! Please see photo.
I would be grateful on your opinions about them, ladies.

It just have arrived from Canada. I love it!
I saw shawls in this pattern being this season, unsure if silk twill is current season as well so excuse me if posted in a wrong thread. I am just a beginner!

Your modeling shots are amazing. I wish they were right side up...my neck is killing me hahahah

Licorne 90 cm is last season but still STUNNING!
I'm not a fan of the 2 print silk sewn together. Maybe pick your fav and send the rest back. You do look heavenly in them though so picking one is going to be hard. I love the one in all orange!!!

So sorry about your neck! I wanted to share photos before I go away for my hols ( tonight) knowing I will not have time today to retake modeling shots, sorry!

bibivi, I actually think the "happy" scarves are quite pretty tied, the cws complement each other very well. It's too bad it was not screen printed half/half, but only you can decide whether or not the stitch will bother you.

And we're twins on the licorne! I love this cw and design, definitely a keeper. Not sure about jardin de leila, it's not really doing anything for you imo.

What a beautiful combination....your Licorne with dark gray! I have the same scarf and now plan to wear it with a drark gray dress thanks to your lovely photo.

Interestingly enough I was prepared NOT to like the happy scarves, but seeing them on you (even up side down) they are pretty fantastic when tied. You are the first to post them here and THANK YOU. The double pattern is way cooler than I thought it even could be. And the Leila is beautiful on you as well...just sayin'

Agree, and the seam stitch was probably done by machine to keep the scarf flat. I assume the edges are still hand stitched.

Can not work it out why they are upside down, sorry.

Sending many thanks for taking the time to model and post, bibivi1! Maybe stand upside down, when next taking photos? :D Just kidding! Please don't worry about them being upside down! We enjoy seeing scarves any which way...upside down, right side up, sideways… :smile1: Good luck choosing amongst your new scarves!
