Beautiful, Chestnutty! Love the coloration on this - very versatileThis is so weird, I thought I should have seen at least several SS13 scarves by now.
To report: I have seen no Ors Bleus d'Afrique in black/white/red yet, but seen the blue klein/noir colorway posted by memo, and another one in mango orange with details in blue and aubergine with the stained glass effect in the center in aubergine (pretty and great contrast, but very bright).
Also I saw the Tous les Bateaux de Monde in a subtle rose/mauve and ivory/bordeaux. The ivory/bordeaux came home with me. The scarf reminds me a lot of the Jonques et Sampans by Francoise de la Perriere, with a twist at the borders

Thank you for sharing these with us - they're adorable gavroches!I see the new Echec au Roi has the color vert amande and I love greens, but this color seems to be a bit of a mystery to me. I looked up scarves with the color and I am trying to figure out if it has olive tones or brighter?

Sophieg, yes I picked up colorway 14 today (black/fuchsia/vert) of Le Songe de la Licorne. It is beyond stunning to me as I love mystical creatures like unicorns, Pegasus, nymphs etc. It was one of the cws I was waiting for but I am also waiting for cw 4 (Parme). I will post a picture when I get home but I certainly recommend it! If you like Annie's artistic work you will not be disappointed in this one!!!
hi ladies i see a bit of talk about the echec au roi and i picked one up yesterday... may i just say i am absolutely IN LOVE with this design in this colorway! i knew i wanted something in this design but wasn't sure on the CW... this was interesting from stock pics and hanging, but needless to say, it was LOVE AT FIRST TRY for me 
... i think it ties sooooo amazingly well and depending how you fold/wear it, different colors are emphasized! the colors are all so very "me" as well and look really good against my skintone. the brilliance of H!
anyway here are some pics i managed to take between last night and today...

(sorry if i did go overboard with the pics :shame: but i am smitten with this shawl!)

Here are a few pictures of Le Songe de la Licorne cw14 (black/fuchsia/vert) 90cm silk twill. The pictures are not the greatest as it is dark right now and I had to use the camera flash, but they will give you an idea of how detailed the design is. In true Annie Faivre form, she has included the monkey too! I am awaiting at least one other colorway to arrive. I already told myself, I must get this design as I am sure I would kick myself later if I didn't!!! I just love it!!
