Arabesques inspired me to wear my quadridge DD today with my jade Clic (also from last week's haul). This was at the pediatrician's office this morning . Hence DS photobombing in the back

Arabesques and other ladies: is it normal for the tags on the dip dye to be sewed on the wrong side.. As in, on the print/exposed side, vs on the reverse side. So when I wore it as I don't take these care tags off, it was sticking out. I had to use double sided tape to keep it down. Is that normal? Does that make sense? I was wondering if it could've possibly been sewn on wrong. All my silk have the tag sewn opposite of the rolled up side which is always the print side. (This is my first DD, so I'm not sure if its different). TIA for any info

This is completely fine, no need to worry. All of mine have been sewn on this way, both in 90cm and 140cm formats. It's something of a pain, but I still don't remove them since they are somewhat decorative. The interesting thing about this scarf is how the tag is darker than the hem or scarf; that's unusual (but the same as mine).

Arabesques, this GM tied as a top is beautiful! I remember first stepping into a FLW cottage and crying because I thought it was so beautiful and superbly designed. Did you have fun there?

Whew... Yes, so weird right? It's like the tag will stick straight out too. I know, it is much darker than the rest of the scarf. Maybe intentionally a decorative piece??? Oh H... The mystery

Thank you palmbeach. I think you're is sewn the same way. The border usually curls up on the print side and it seems yours is sewn the same. Maybe like arabesques says, it should be "decorative"

i picked an AN summer twill c/w 04 and a matching karo in kiwi! they had a few colors for the karo but i thought kiwi was rare, different + fun! i was surrounded by soufre as well, karo then evelyne + jige but both bags were epsom and i love chèvre + clemence - also, the store was filled with foreign tourists who were having a field day with less than stellar manners - i felt so bad for SA's.....

i think i love AP + kiwi but i did have a moment when i got home that i went off the deep end of a bright color pool! i'll post pics in summer thread, let me know what you think!

any scarf i have ever bought has stood the test of time, i wonder if this one will??

i did look at mexique really quick again and it of course matched kiwi karo - hehe but perhaps next time?!?!

Thanks dd40! Oh, this yellow is definitely OUT of my comfort zone! I am don't wear yellow at all, bc of my yellow undertones skin. But I took a leap and bought this at Red Dot Boutique (targét-lol) to somehow work in with my colorful scarves. . It was a last minute decision to wear this top as I was about to just wear a white tee . So glad you like it

Thank you sweetie!! Yes! DDs here we come!! The only saving grace is the weather is getting so warm and the DDs are definitely heavy in weight... I can almost pull of a CSGM before a dd as I'm afraid to sweat on the pure silk. :/ (eewwwww...TMI) lol . We're all friends here..
